I interviewed with more than just one person, which means the process to decide is weighed
They made me feel comfortable
The way that they explained the vision of the company
The people and speed to decision making
Clean, to the point, effective communication
They asked a lot of questions and were honest about the caseload.
They answered all of my questions, gave clear directions on what would and who would be calling me next. Everything I was told went add expected and with the timeframe given.
It was simple and quick.
It does not feel very pressuring.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It was only negative because the director lied. She lied about somethings that made me accept the position and then went back on it once I was hired. It was so low. If I could have left then I would have. Makes me feel very badly.
Bettet coordination of recruittment with the hiring manager. In addition to reducing the time to get candidates screened and offer presented.
