They are very nice but there role is to keep on piling the work on on staff only to meet their star ratings and to have auditors review your that is not manageble. They always find a mistake because of demands that have to be met by the end of the month last minute project

Reorganize the analysts into their business units so they can work on legitimate projects. The CAO recycles ideas with outdated consultant jargon but analysts want impactful work. The CAO and his club should support business analytics and not create priorities based on their resumes.
They need to be all on the same page and not focus on promoting each other and their relatives.
