That they pair you up with senior people to learn. They try to provide a resource person for newer employees. The issue is everyone is so strapped for time so when they help you they are being taken away from their work. Sometimes they are questioned as to why the productivity is low even knowing

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
care for employees and value them.
Executives need to show leadership. HR needs to follow through rather than check the box.
Communication and accountability is necessary.
Reorganize the analysts into their business units so they can work on legitimate projects. The CAO recycles ideas with outdated consultant jargon but analysts want impactful work. The CAO and his club should support business analytics and not create priorities based on their resumes.
