What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly skilled, intelligent, experienced and motivated
We are broken into smaller groups to better manage work and my group communicates well.
We help one another and assist eachother when anyone needs help.
They put the best every day
Professuonal 100 %. Smart , efficient
The more senior people really try to help. The theme is say nothing and do what you have to do for a check and that is NOT good. I sadly will not last here because a pay check is not enough to put up with their chaotic and hectic work flow processes. Their computer software and programs are awful.
Work hard, look for positive direction from management, takes cintron whehere management is not present
Every other weekly zoom meetings with upper management are for them to add more work and its hard to meet your goals. Work can never be completed on time without having to work OT. If you go on vacation no one covers unless its an ER so you have to play catch up on a weeks work.

Everything and everyone needs to improve
People who care able their selves alone should be removed.
Communication, sense of urgency, and accountability are lacking.
Analytics direction comes from inexperienced managers who only care about how smart they look. Priorities constantly change like a consulting company.
