When I first joined, I think I may have been overly deferential. So knowing more fully the thought processes of Healthify's decision makers when I arrived would have empowered me to enrich our product more

People who are empathetic, humble, and take a lot of initiative

A good bit. We are better than many companies. We can still improve with respect to the gender diversity of the leadership and executive team, gender diversity of Engineering, and racial diversity more broadly across the company.

How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Healthify?
Yes, it's difficult. However, this is improving and difficult in startups experiencing great growth. I see changes being implemented to make this easier in the short and long term.
