My onboarding process was very helpful for learning the very broad strokes of the company, and also the did a good job of acclimating me to the team, but there is a lot of knowledge about the products that we work on that I'm still just hearing about or learning about a couple of years into my tenure here.

Onboarding is not good. Sure there are a lot of steps and checklists, but you are expected to figure most things out on your own.
