What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are willing to listen to concerns, but nothing comes out of those conversations.
I love that the executive team regularly communicates our vision and openly shares with the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better communication, respecting their workers and actually listening to workers being more attentive
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair base salary with a generous equity grant
Just the pay that i get every 2 weeks

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We all need to be properly trained. We were not properly trained for the job so sometimes we are all scrambling for answers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works hard but still smiles and enjoys the work they do. Very mission driven organization.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Being respectful listening to their alfreds better communication with their Alfreds
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very open and honest about position
The recruiting team and the hiring managers being extremely transparent about the role and accommodating
That i felt comfortable at first they painted everything to be okay and everyone seem very welcoming at first
