Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The same pay scale across all the stores.

Commission sales for our group are below industry average.

Because they gave me jobs i was not qualified for without pay. The sent me to repo cars more thatn 2 hours away

The best leads for the most money is given to younger employees

Having my job instead of being laid off for other people's negativity and negligence to human life.

I feel undervalued because when I shared my feelings about how management was mistreating me to my district manager, I recieved no response and was directed to my gm who told me I was "on the defense" and that what i was talking about basically never happened and then I was transferred.

i can make twice as much at any other dealership

Company should follow the compensation plan that is in the pay plan.

Doing the work of 3-4 employees, having to work extra hours to complete work and not receiving any extra pay. Not paid enough in the first place. NO RESPECT FOR FAMILY.
