What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay days and vacation earnings
Vacation fund though its througg the union
Bonus plan for managers is pretty good

Because I go above and beyond for company and I have ideas for Growth That need to be heard

What are some of the best things about your team?
Whoever you work with, everyday is someone else. Training guys and the boss lies to your face
Teamwork, Trust and Accountability. Having a easy going and focused team makes for a good work environment.

That place is to far gone to be fixed

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are friendly and there are social events and teambuilding activities that can be fun
My area of expertise is safety. Along with a quality product, the company's number one priority is safety
some fun and laughter with some people

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The upper management, they dont even live in the same region of the country that the work is being done in
Better management and more communication
Our GF makes coming to work hard he immediately created a hostile working environment buy telling my foreman he was hired to fire him and told the rest of us that we are all replaceable. And then singled me out in a meeting and was yelling at me about him trying to be my friend.

Stop drug testing for office jobs. If you live in a legal or medical state its a disgusting invasion of privacy—unless your jobs revolves around physical field safety then i suppo

I worked everyday. Hard working, great job ethic.
My co-workers make me happy
I find it a pleasure to go to work everyday. Everybody gets along and management is positive and encourages a safe environment.
