My supervisor cares about me as a person
My leadership team is open and transparent. Always working to ensure we have everything we need to do our jobs. They are able to take constructive criticism and always willing to be better.
Always supportive, innovative and compassionate
They are always working to improve staff and patient safety. They try and find ways to keep us working as a team. They value our opinions and will use our ideas whenever possible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair pay, excellent benefits, retirement match and great time off benefit
It's a combination of many things
Enjoys HAPs preventative care. By completing biyearly heath screening you can have lower copays.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have two job titles and I only get compensated for one. I put double the effort into my workday.
Wasn't competitive in the industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly smart, very innovative, and have wonderful communication skills.
Collaboration and diversity of thought
We all agree on the same things when it comes to how to manage patient care effectively as a team.
We are a family and I know my team cares about me as a person
Love the nurses I work with. Great teamwork in my unit!

Communication
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of the company is being able to interact with a wide range of colleagues and peers that are dedicated, innovative, and intelligent in their areas of expertise.
Leaders listen and respond to improve the workflow and processes
The doctors and clinical teams
Self care is always encouraged in this organization as well as diversity
Co-workers are willing to help one another out so the patients can get the care they deserve.
