More realistic and competitive compensation

Relevant objectives and means to meet these objectives. Clear and seamless internal processes. Clear roadmap.

I am a member of a marginalized group that HERE is ok with not providing certain benefits for. I would have preferred to been heard through my advocacy, understood, and had some positive response (or even an effort) to fix something that affects a non-trivial number of people.

Compensation is one of the lowest in india. They should give fair hikes. People having 4yrs experience are also meagerly paid. Oy switching to other company would give you fair hike

Sales employees are paid much higher wages than claims representatives because they are the ones making the company money even though the claims reps are the ones with the most stressful job.
