The actual job is good but can be very stressful. It is very hard to get time off of work even in times of emergencies.

There is really no need for 3 interviews.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers and being there for customers in their time of need.

Treating employees like human beings with life outside of work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There really aren't meetings other than one one one meetings with your manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The building is very nice and well maintained. There is a stress relief area for employees to use during breaks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sales employees are paid much higher wages than claims representatives because they are the ones making the company money even though the claims reps are the ones with the most stressful job.
