What are some of the best things about your team?

We all have the same sinking morale

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There are mostly very good people working here, at least at the 'lower' levels of the hierarchy

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

locally the teams are good, but moving up a level or two in management things get exponentially worse.

What did you like most about the interview process?

When I interviewed they performed group interviews and the questions were mostly relevant to job experience and skills vs. some of the weird questions you see online

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There have been layoffs and rumors of layoffs every year for 5 years. Many jobs are moving overseas and benefits are being reduced for US employees. Seems a strategic move, so I'm not sure there is much possibility for improvement.
