What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team has been changing so it is really difficult to comment. Reorgs are often and clarity goes missing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As per market, the pay is lesser. Work has also been increasing compared to a better balance that we had earlier.
What makes you most happy at work?
That i try to learn something new due to the nature of domain. Though clarity and understanding the products better would help
