Listen to the employees and stop trying to pad the investors pockets. Stop laying off SO MUCH. Survey then layoff. Its not a good feong to think about the next layoff and the next layoff.
They need to resign and leave the organization
Start listening to customers and employees. Get out of your echo chamber.

More realistic and competitive compensation
Relevant objectives and means to meet these objectives. Clear and seamless internal processes. Clear roadmap.
I am a member of a marginalized group that HERE is ok with not providing certain benefits for. I would have preferred to been heard through my advocacy, understood, and had some positive response (or even an effort) to fix something that affects a non-trivial number of people.
Compensation is one of the lowest in india. They should give fair hikes. People having 4yrs experience are also meagerly paid. Oy switching to other company would give you fair hike

Management need to think over Compensation structure

There really aren't meetings other than one one one meetings with your manager.
Performance orientation and meritocracy should be the norm
There needs to be accountability. People don't follow up, don't deliver, and they get promoted!
There is a rot in the company from top to bottom. The fire has gone out
Review from Engineering Dept
There is really no need for 3 interviews.
Need focus of strategy and product. Try new thing quick, fail quick, move on.
People need to be motivated about the future there is no hope right now
Review from Engineering Dept
