Robin Kramer — Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President at Hertz Global Holdings

Ms. Robin Kramer has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President at The Hertz Corporation and Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (formerly Hertz Rental Car Holding Company) since May 16, 2014. Ms. Kramer served as Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President at Herc Holdings Inc. since May 2014 until June 30, 2016. Ms. Kramer was responsible for all accounting functions including financial reporting, the corporate controllership function, accounting transactional processing, financial information systems, accounting policies and research and internal controls and support of the global businesses, tax, risk management and the corporate financial planning and analysis functions at Hertz Global Holdings. She has vast experience in public accounting, having served as a Audit Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2007 to 2014, where she acquired extensive practice with audit engagements of global SEC registrant companies, including by serving in Deloitte's National Office Accounting Standards and Communications Group from 2007 to 2010. From 2005 to 2007, she served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Fisher Scientific International, Inc., prior to its merger with Thermo Electron. Prior to that, she served as Director of External Reporting, Accounting and Control for The Gillette Company from 2004 to 2005. Prior to joining The Gillette Company, she spent seventeen years at Ernst & Young LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP. She is a Board Member and Secretary for the Massachusetts State Board of Accountancy. Ms. Kramer is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts, New York and Connecticut. She is a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, the AICPA. Ms. Kramer earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Salem State College in Massachusetts.
