Review from Operations Dept
You have to manage to get it done
Signed up for the big plan, didn't get for some reason. Filed appeal in January, still waiting for decision.
It is fair and competitive.
Our PTO allotment, our training opportunities, and health insurance.
Average at best, nothing special.
Review from Operations Dept
Underpaid, and overworked, hostile work enviroment.
Fire everyone and get new professional people

There was no appreciation. Just expected to work us to death

Milinda and J (the person over the discharge teams) Are not right. They try to push u away.
We need treated better from director nurses doctors etc. not organize at all . Think it would be better if wasnt so much on workers
No matter what you do it is never enough for them. Just when you think you could do the impossible they add more to your job. I try to take care of my patients rooms who are there and get stopped right in the middle to do something else leaving the patient with a dirty room. My boss is unrealstic!
Mostly not feeling threatened. Like we can replace you if you dont do whatnwe want.
Review from Operations Dept
lack of trust and no respect
Not appreciated, harassed, & lied to. No matter how much you do its still not enough unless your one of the favorites then you Can do whatever you want to. Leave early, sit as long as you want to.
HHS management ensures staff only works 36 hours per week to eliminate the possibility of benefits, overtime, or PTO accrual. To work for HHS 6+ years and only receive increases to match state mandated minimum wage requirements in Florida is an insult to the employee's value.
Pay what the hospital allocated to housekeeping and not hold it for management.
Review from Operations Dept
This company based everything on numbers. Start caring about people you hire and the company that payroll you.
Better pay and more affordable insurance with better benefits overall and advancement opportunities
Higher pay and secured benefits
We dealt with the COVID and everything else just like the doctors and nurses and l don't think we were fairly compensated . It costs me and my wife approximately $400 a month for gas . I make 12.50 an hr. You do the calculation !!
I was told to keep my mouth shut at all times. About situations that needed to be taken care of. No one wanted to listen to me. And I was let go unfairly on February 18th I am not an aggressive person I was letting go because of what I knew that was being done wrong.
The company only cared about making money
A raise would be awesome
WE ARE RISKING ARE HEALTH FOR LITTLE PAY. UNDERAPPRECIATED
The way I was treated. I gave my 2 weeks notice and he flipped out, threatened me, accused me, lost all my PTO hrs. He deleted them. Absolutely awful company
