Better pay we are being paid 95% below average for this company respect honor more organize understanding updated equipment better protection for we dont get sick longer gloves better uniforms like we belong with the hospital not just a house keeper
Need new management that are trained not just the right color and still too young to get it!!
The Director & Asst Director need to treat employees equal & follow the rules.
Train management to LEAD instead of intimidate --- that's why it's called leadership.
Hire management that knows how to mange and talk to people. Hire people that want to work not just need a paycheck.

Floors are filled the restrooms are filthy hospital is filthy I do not work there anymore and I still get complaints about people when I'm out on the town
Supervisors are too familiar with staff leading them to coddle unproductive staff. They seem more concerned with being liked than managing.

Make sure all the patients are receiving fresh food that is jot all old and moldy
NO OPEN DOOR POLICY lack of communication unless you are a man too director has no time for staff
Look at the satisfaction scores
Director does not have meetings, he never checks our work. Need a raise. Stop being greedy and give your employees a raise.

Toxic management on every level. This company is the definition of a good old boys company. I was shunned for a couple weeks for taking a 4 day vacation.
