Explain stuff dont make up stuff and explain benefits when you get a raise etc
The manager I was hired by was on his way out so I don't believe he really cared. Months later it was learned he had kept people on the payroll who were no longer employed by HHS.
More intense hireing process, not just fill out a few forms
Pay increase, coworkers not working fired, benfits that were promised given, and theft from company on paychecks stopped.
Plan better organize and hire more people
