Leadership and management only support roles at the top that make them look good and equal dollars. Employees work in hostile working conditions, are not encouraged or supported by managers, or leadership. Leaders are not subjected to discipline for violating company policy.

Culture, honesty, communication, trust. to sum it up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Waste of time topics, generally released information in emails already.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hostile conditions, favoritism, lack of communication or instruction necessary to perform job. Not a happy place.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No communication, one doesn't know what the other is doing, causing difficulty, confusion and descension in the department. No interest in fixing things or making them better. They all have a GOD syndrome.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not enough options, restricted in choosing healthcare. Benefits are confusing. E.g. Enhanced Provider equals a less cost for services, while a Std. provider is less. Doesn't make much sense. I am not the only one confused by this.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Recruiters are not consistent, no follow-up, take days to answer questions, claims of not having ability to use email, or pc, but we all have phones we use these days for that. I persisted and was the only reason onboarded or would have been weeks longer.
