During interviews my then supervisor seemed interested in my experience. Felt it would enhance our team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people on my team who want to help each other with impossible work loads. Many intelligent and talented individuals on my team, being lead by supervisor who is rude arrogant and inexperienced. She lacks leadership. This hurts our team. We have lost good people due to her incivility.
