My immediate team and the work I was doing was impactful to our broader community
What is the best part about your compensation package?
GREAT and cheap insurance. No copays and doctors office, pharmacy, gym, and vision center were within the building.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were flexible. I couldn't travel home for my two interviews, my managers were comfortable with doing an over the phone interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate manager and VP were extremely invested in my personal and professional growth. They were extremely valuable within my first year with a full time position
