Direct manager and manager above always genuinely seemed to care deeply in a family sense about direct reports. Things are quite over processed and administrative. Lack of technologies or streamlined processes. Technologies or processes that are only around for a period of time and changed again.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Conversational, amicable. Stuck to questions loosely with room for genuine discussion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do feel cared for by my direct management team in a family sense.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Administrative tasks, reduction of support, understaffing. Asked to do more with less. Lack of financial acknowledgment on wins or when goals are met even with less staff.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to get to some of the larger initiatives we are doing as a company, vaccine equity or things in the community, I am always really impressed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation plans are vague and we are asked to trust that things will be captured without assurances. Understaffing has caused workloads and responsibility to increase without the compensation following suit.
