This really doesnt apply to me. I am not allowed the required shifts to obtain full time employment status.

When i finish school the company has a program that will pay for all of it! 401k is anazing too as well as health care, as a young 19 hear old man going into this world i find it beneficial to be able to have regular doctor check ups without worrying too much about the price.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better pay, CLEAR COMMUNICATION, everyone on the same page, knowing what the company or store goals are, repetitive hands on training for inexperienced workers, corrective training for current employees and standards that are always met not sometimes

I feel like people that work for AAA make sure that customers are getting food and picking up after them should get flight benefits

Better morale booster's and Much more acknowledgment about the job that we are doing better leader ship

I would say that the harassment and a lot of the games that have been going on makes me feel undervalued. Just some support and respect would be nice. I really enjoy my job I've had a great experience regardless of the other nonsense that has been going on for the last 11 months.

Commission was eliminated and replaced with a $1 per hour raise. Used to make more from commission. Takes almost an hour to get to and from work even though I live extremely close. An 8hr shift basically means 10hrs of your time & we still go through TSA.
