This really doesnt apply to me. I am not allowed the required shifts to obtain full time employment status.
As a black women at the age of 18 everyone there is older so i try to be respectful to them but the jelousy is loud and the drama is unbearable i tried to go to hr about it and she wasnt hearing me so i looked up and she said i roleld my eyes and sent me home

Better pay, CLEAR COMMUNICATION, everyone on the same page, knowing what the company or store goals are, repetitive hands on training for inexperienced workers, corrective training for current employees and standards that are always met not sometimes

First, the general managers need better training, and when it comes to the staff they should already have the store clean not wait until inspection or the boss comes to start cleaning.

Again, showing RESPECT to employees would make a world of difference. Believing your employee (listening to them) instead of siding with a customer over a complaint IS NOT SOMETHING AN HMS HOST HUMAN RESOURCE PERSON SEEMS CAPABLE OF DOING.
