Mr. Hans-Peter Loew is currently employed at Lovells in the position of Partner. He is the Local Managing Partner of the Frankfurt office. Prior to becoming a lawyer Hans-Peter for ten years held high profile positions within the Hoechst Group with responsibility for human resources and social matters. Since joining Lovells in April 1996 he has dedicated himself almost exclusively to employment law, notably in connection with acquisitions, reorganisations, outsourcing and insolvency. The focus of his work lies in advising international and national companies on mergers and reorganisations. Not least owing to his many years of corporate experience his key competence lies in negotiating with works councils and their legal trade union advisors. His clients value his approach for resolving conflict and his negotiating style. Hans-Peter regularly lectures and publishes articles on his main areas of work.
