Kit Johnson serves as a Partner in Capital Markets group at Lovells. Mr. Johnson was a trainee solicitor at Clifford Chance, qualifying in 1999, and was seconded to Hong Kong as an associate from 2002 to 2004. Since joining Lovells' London office in 2007, he has cemented a market reputation as a leading advisor to trustees involved in complex capital markets products, and has been instrumental in Lovells' work in relation to the restructuring of structured investment vehicles (SIVs) and other distressed debt products. Mr. Johnson obtained a degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Southampton, before attending London's College of Law.
