Mr. Neil R. O'Hanlon is a Partner at Hogan Lovells. Mr. O'Hanlon is an experienced trial lawyer who represents clients, including financial institutions, media and entertainment companies, franchisors, healthcare companies, and insurers, in class actions and other business disputes in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy, real estate, and privacy matters. He has conducted numerous arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association, has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution and the negotiation of successful settlements, and has represented clients before administrative agencies. Mr. O'Hanlon has lectured and written on numerous subjects, including mortgage lending, directors and officers liability, mediation, and privacy issues. He has also been actively involved in community and charitable organizations and oversees his office's pro bono and recruiting programs. Mr. O'Hanlon received J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1975 and A.B. from Columbia College in 1972.
