Richard Brown — Partner at Hogan Lovells

Mr. Richard Brown is a Partner in the Corporate Department at Lovells. He is based in the London office of the firm. Mr. Brown's practice areas include equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He has wide experience in both public and private merger and acquisition transactions as well as both primary and secondary securities issues work both in the U.K. and internationally. Mr. Brown represents both issuers and underwriting banks on a variety of equity and equity-linked transactions. Prior to joining Lovells as a Partner, he worked in the investment banking business for a major U.S. investment bank where he focused on European equity and corporate finance transactions, particularly in the U.K. and France. Mr. Brown is fluent in English, French, and German languages.
