What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The only joy I have found here has been in working with the very few educated staff that they have.

Easy interview, but that's only because your manager has absolutely no clue how to even perform the job they are hiring for.

Accountability doesn't exist unless you're a top performer, in which case you become the work horse and constantly have your hand held to the fire.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Talk with your peers. Pay inequality exists throughout the organization and is based on prefential treatment and who you're like by rather than your contributions to the organization.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Have compassion for your people. Your people will take care of your clients if you take care of them. The company's rapid growth plan is a clear path to destruction under the current leadership team. Listen to your staff. They're the ones performing the work and know it best.
