Lousy benefits. Offered equity when hired. Promised equity at annual review. Got zilch.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Private equity ownership has destroyed the culture and crushed the heart and soul of this company. Must pay caregivers more and reduce the over 50% profit margin.
