There is no leadership team. Its like I own the company and there is 1 person that does payroll, ghosted by the company. My coworker and I are basically on our own, so I take the initiative and solve what ever the posing problem is. I go way beyond my role, sadly to get -50% cut from my checks.

Being a certified CNA with 30 years experience in hospital settings, I being under paid.
Most are nice people who genuinely care.
Only have 1 co worker and shes awesome. We tag team like a perfect duo for my client and the family knowing everything is safe and taken care beyond standard expectations for their loved ones. She is prompt, self driven, and very respectable. Same thing applies for my case manager.
No meetings, no interaction with other employees, don't know who they are.
They are hard working, compassionate professionals.
Most of them seem to be very dependable

Each client is different, and with age comes wisdom as they say. Theyve lived a long full life and each have their own unquie path theyve choosen, so vast amount of stories and life lessions that you can absorb is just a perk of the job and makes its enjoyable to be around.
Helping the Seniors to get the care they need. But only the wealthy can afford service.

I was interviewed and hired all over the phone. Including my application and all my paperwork as well! I've been there for about 2 years now and still haven't even met the office staff in person!

Private equity ownership has destroyed the culture and crushed the heart and soul of this company. Must pay caregivers more and reduce the over 50% profit margin.
The people in main office and at kingwood office are not helpful have smartmouths and tell employees personal life issues to others
Better pay and a much better job at being professional and making sure there employees are treated and taken care of as they should!
Better follow up and interaction with the employees. Dont always expect them to come to you with questions or problems. Especially if youve neglected them, theyll solve the problem on their own, knowing that contacting someone is going to be ignored.
