What are some of the best things about your team?
Most are nice people who genuinely care.
Only have 1 co worker and shes awesome. We tag team like a perfect duo for my client and the family knowing everything is safe and taken care beyond standard expectations for their loved ones. She is prompt, self driven, and very respectable. Same thing applies for my case manager.
No meetings, no interaction with other employees, don't know who they are.
They are hard working, compassionate professionals.
Most of them seem to be very dependable
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work skills doing what they are suppose to while at clients hime instead of leaving it for the next employee to show up and do it
We've never had any company meetings lol! They also have lots of employees who don't know what the hell they're doing sadly! ?
Just do their job and give a good service to the clients
Better pay and appreciation for the hard work we do.
Communication we could difently work on together as a group. Seems like nobody shares there ideals or opinions. Would be nice if we wroked on that
communicating with each other and being more friendly work as a team
