Learning to tell the truth stop talking about an employees personal life pay better and keep their promises to employees
They just need to be replaced by mature, responsible employees who know what they are doing!
There is no leadership team. Its like I own the company and there is 1 person that does payroll, ghosted by the company. My coworker and I are basically on our own, so I take the initiative and solve what ever the posing problem is. I go way beyond my role, sadly to get -50% cut from my checks.
