What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Unfortunately, I can't think of anything.

Good new hire training and ongoing learning

We are all treating fair and respectful.

Each client is different, and with age comes wisdom as they say. Theyve lived a long full life and each have their own unquie path theyve choosen, so vast amount of stories and life lessions that you can absorb is just a perk of the job and makes its enjoyable to be around.

Helping the Seniors to get the care they need. But only the wealthy can afford service.

We are truly a team. We’re given the autonomy to build our own business but have the constant support of an amazing corporate team when we need it. We all know we are providing a meaningful service. Our motto to change the way the world ages is communicat

It is very diverst alot of different cultures and religions

Everything sadly.. It's a very unprofessional mess ughhh!
