Salary is great, in looking at other similar positions they top out below what I started at. Unlimited PTO that is easy to access - no complicated procedures. Great benefits - team is always looking for improvement.

For compensation to be more in line with the similar positions in the market.
I took a pay cut to come to homebound and I still haven't gotten back up to my previous salary
