I've been at Hometap since January and I have enjoyed every moment of it. Everyone is friendly and is willing to help. I hope it stays this way as we scale, but the sales organization as a whole is well run from the top down, which is why I think we're having so much success.

Working with homeowners and having my success compared to peers of mine at the company.

How visible they are on a weekly basis. I don't go more than 1 or 2 days from seeing updates or being in meetings with leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are some high performers, who I get to interact with and measure myself against on a daily basis. Everyone is friendly and collaborative and all feedback is constructive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is collaborative and there is so much information at our disposal. It's hard to not know which direction things are going or where I stand as an individual.
