I have enjoyed the ride so far. Hometap is unlike any company I have ever worked for. Despite it being a remote work job it still feels like family.

The opportunity to earn more with accelerators if I exceed my goals.

The company leadership is very transparent about the goals, mission, and results of the company. The company leadership is very accessible if needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get satisfaction by helping homeowner's achieve their goals. I like to feel as though I was a part in helping them get from point A to point B as quickly as possible with the least amount of problems.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are friendly, accessible, diverse, and all have positive attitudes. I think Hometap does a good job of hiring quality people that share in the mission of the company. It reflects in the people I interact with on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a lot of diversity at Hometap, but I think all of us want to make the company better and share in the mission and the goals of the company. The culture is very welcoming and everyone feels as though they have a voice to make things better when needed.
