What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility of working from home is tremendous at this stage in my life and career. Hometap does allow for an exceptional work-life balance that, despite the lower than desired pay, is an unquantifiable finance benefit that I am very grateful for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because of inflation, it's becoming difficult to save for the future. This burdensome financial stress does negatively impact my focus, and at times, I feel like a fraud saying we're helping homeowners when in reality, I feel like I need more funds, too. I was forced to take a second job.
