I love the praise and accolades that we all give each other when we do well or help each other out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always willing to help and I feel that we all have the same goals when we clock into work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always try to find a way to improve our workflows and overall experiences when issues/concerns arise, and feedback is consistently heard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I don't feel undervalued necessarily, I do wish that base pay for IM's were more in line and competitive with market conditions. Also, there have been a few months where I was prevented from reaching higher goal attainment due to extenuating circumstances/delays from other depts. (UW, AS, etc)
