I love the work I am doing, I love helping homeowners and I when I see I have another opp in final approval it makes me very happy.

They are all super friendly and I feel like I have been apart of the team for so long because since day 1 they treated me as a friend.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
HOw friendly and approachable they are. I feel like I can come to them for anything and ask for help in every situation which I am not used to from my previous job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HOw much everyone cares about the product and helping homeowners, how togetherness is encouraged and supported. I only hope I am contributing as much as I see other contribute to the wonderful culture.
