Working at Honda is fun you generally have exciting things going on often around the company. There is a lot of effort to inspire creativeness. The issue with Honda is that the pay is very low and the pay growth does not keep up with inflation. So your buying power is worse after merit & promotions.

The ability to bank overtime. Getting to see all the new cars.

They always listen to what you tell them and really care. Unfortunately managers and directors have little say in what happens when there is a problem.

If you are struggling, management will help you. They generally try to not overload you. Concern is the company allows the project team to take months deciding what they want to change, then they give design a few weeks to feas it out. Gets very hectic during start up.

People generally try to do their best. There is a concern with training for positions. It’s almost like you’re thrown out to sea without a life vest and you sink or swim. Hard to know what department is responsible for changes. Documents are always changing and always out of date or you can’t
