it can be good since i like the people i work with but we are often torn down by management

more employee appreciation. we take pride in what we do but our managers dont take pride in us. we are always told we are replaceable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
huge pay gaps between managers and even co workers whom are at the same level as I am or lower but since they are male make more.
