Honda keeps taking from current employees and giving to new employees, Honda is not what it used to be. Mr. Honda would be so disappointed in what the Americans have done to his company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking care of their employees, they need to stop taking from their current employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process has changed from when I was hired. I started as a temp and had to be interviewed when getting hired. Now they will hire temps a couple of months after starting with no interview. They people they are hiring are so lazy. I do not feel proud of my company like I did years ago.
