There are no positives. Management is clueless about the damage to moral that they have caused by slashing benefits to full-time employees. Temp employees make more money than perm employees because they get huge bonuses from the temp agency.
Stop taking away benefits while demanding more from employees. Stop allowing nepotism and sexism from running rampant. Management and management trainees consist solely of white and Japanese men. From the top all the way to the lowest supervisors. women/persons of color never get past floor mngr.
