I loved the company a lot with my old managers. The employees are very friendly and management was very good pre-covid. There was a shift in management which resulted in very bad management systems.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers have to be the best part of my day and actually getting to do work without being ridiculed was good pre covid era
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to vet their directors properly. People with management skills that invoke fear should not become managers. They make people not want to work for the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are very nice and will help me out if need be. I wish my manager would give me more opportunities to expand and grow in my position, however, he has bigger fish to fry with his boss
