He serves as the Senior Vice President of Scottsdale Healthcare Corp. He served as Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital at John C. Lincoln Health Network, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital since January 2009. He served as Chief Executive Officer of John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital and Level I Trauma Center since 2008. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Banner Desert Medical Center-Arizona at Banner Health System. Mr. Pearson has extensive leadership experience, with executive skills in the areas of strategic growth and specialty differentiation, operational and clinical improvements, physician collaboration and recruitment and planning and major facilities development. He serves as secretary/treasurer of the Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association. He has been active in East Valley communities, having served on the board of directors for Child Crisis Center, Mesa United Way and the East Valley Partnership. He is also a Fellow of American College of Healthcare Executives. Mr. Pearson holds Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Arizona State University and an MBA and a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.
