Leadership is great. I believe they care.
They seem to be helpful and ready to assist with problems.
Listen to the employes here
Communication, team moral, performance and staffing. Definitely need to have structure and proper training.

Being more open and clear about policies. Navigating HR resources to find policies is nearly impossible.
Giving fair compensation. 1-3% raises are basically losing money because the rate of inflation is 5%
Everything starting of by getting people that are qualified
Management. Making employees happy. In their jobs

Medical insurance and PTO accrual.
Review from Operations Dept
I feel that there is little to no upward movement for an infdividual like myself due to my medical licensing. Although I have extensive leadership and management training education and experience because I am not a nurse I have no future.
We are the lowest paid in our career choice, in the valley
Higher pay , supervisors and managers caring about the employees rather then if they have enough people here to make the place look good and run properly so they can do the bare minimum!!!
More money. It’s not difficul
Reasonable requests are met with supervisors making exuses. The ratios are just terrible.
Dedication, experience, genuinely great people trying their hardest to be productive and effective for patients.
Many of them have the "spirit" to show up and perform each day. None of my team are slackers or cheats. All of us are under-resourced.
Highly talented, motivated and professional.
Everyone seems to truly care.
Great teamwork, great ability to adapt to new situations on the fly.
To quit being selfish. They do what suits their needs.
Stop the gossip. Leadership needs to reel that in but he has his favorites. Huddles are a pointless game for power control

We need a good supervisor
The cohort is strong. I'm inspired and supported by so many of the people. Any aspect, any role, people are generally honest about their work.
Centered around self-care approach to wellness.
they care about their employees and promote diversity and culture

Most positive is the nurses and staff. They also do cool on-site events
Review from Operations Dept
Team comes together to complete tasks.
Behaviors of the employees and the environment.
The millennials think they are underpaid and do all the work. The older generation feel they are underpaid and there’s too much baby games and trophies handed out like we are in elementary school. Its not professional anymore in the office with all the colored hair, tattoos.
Who they have there as supervisors and managers making sure people have the right background and qualifications to be in their positions.
I am so over working here that i don't think they could make any changes that would make me feel valued.
Listen to the staff, be supportive of them instead of expecting them to do more with fewer resources
Multiple people in the room, good questions asked. Clearly knowledgable people.
It was brief. Got hired.
Comprehensive, introduction to all departments I would partner with during regular operations.
It was fine and normal
my HR recruiter was great. she explains everything and answer all my questions.

Review from Admin Dept
Great manager, great flexibility and good general feel.
I enjoy talking to the patients and like playing a small part in helping.
The end of a day or being able to get through a work day without harassment.
There is a smoke and mirror process in the ER, patients come I not the lobby then are passed through a set of double doors. The perception is the lobby is not full until the product is passed through the doors to the back. Then the product is bottlenecked into A1, A2, A3 and the chair assignments.
Us vs. them environment. Leadership doesn’t know how to address it or fix it.
Management in specific departments need to be fixes
