The process is way to lengthy due to delays with the actual recruiter and then whoever is onboarding. The interview within the department and onbosrding there is good but all the parts coordinated by HR need to be improved upon drastically. We loose good candidates as they take too long reaching out

I didnt really like any of it i talked over the phone with the supervisor then i met her for two minutes one time and never seen her again
