What are some of the best things about your team?Dedication, experience, genuinely great people trying their hardest to be productive and effective for patients.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There is a smoke and mirror process in the ER, patients come I not the lobby then are passed through a set of double doors. The perception is the lobby is not full until the product is passed through the doors to the back. Then the product is bottlenecked into A1, A2, A3 and the chair assignments.
